Practice

Sarah practises in the areas of real estate and corporate and commercial law.

With a primary focus on residential real estate, she acts on behalf of both purchasers and vendors, as well as mortgage and financial institutions such as banks, trust companies and credit unions in securing their lending to individuals and corporations.

Drawing upon her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Sarah is well equipped to provide effective and efficient service to for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Sarah has experience in incorporations, continuances and asset and share transactions. Further, she has been engaged in a wide variety of commercial matters in the areas related to corporate governance, labour and employment and intellectual property.

To compliment her services, Sarah can also assist in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.

Sarah enjoys the challenges that real estate and corporate and commercial law presents and welcomes new clients to her growing practice.

Professional Activities

Sarah is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Waterloo Law Association. She has also appeared as a guest lecturer for Business Law course at the University of Waterloo and has assisted in the adminsitration of the course for several years.
